- How long have you been a licensed Real Estate Agent? You can double check this on the state licensing website.
- How many Military buyers do you work with every month? Every year? This should be at least double digits per year. A good agent will typically be closing a minimum of 2 transactions per month.
- Do you know what BAH and PCS mean?
- What is the maximum VA Loan Limit for this county? Even if your agent can’t remember the exact number (because it changes every year) they will be able to find the answer quickly if they often work with VA buyers.
