Step 2
Phone Interview
Our Human Resources Manager will contact you for a preliminary phone interview. You will also receive some aptitude assessments to complete.
Step 3
Team Interview
If the Human Resources Manager thinks you’re a good fit, you will interview with the positions direct manager and members of their team.
Step 4
Director Interview
If the position’s manager and team think you’re a good fit, you’ll go on to a final interview with them and our Director of Branch Development.
Step 5
You’re Hired!
If everyone agrees that you’re a good fit, you’ll receive a verbal phone offer of employment from our Human Resources Manager. This will be followed by your paperwork for employment.
Step 6
First Day
After you fill out your paperwork and your background check clears, the Human Resources Manager will reach out to you to schedule your first day at VLG!
