what's the hiring process like?
Apply to one of our open positions on our site, or send your resume to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our Regional Human Resources Manager will contact you for a preliminary phone interview. You will also receive some aptitude assessments to complete.
If the Regional Human Resources Manager thinks you’re a good fit, you will interview with the positions direct manager and members of their team.
If the position’s manager and team think you’re a good fit, you’ll go on to a final interview with them and our Regional Director of Branch Development.
If everyone agrees that you’re a good fit, you’ll receive a verbal phone offer of employment from our Regional Human Resources Manager. This will be followed by your paperwork for employment.
After you fill out your paperwork and your background check clears, the Regional Human Resources Manager will reach out to you to schedule your first day at Veterans Lending Group!
