Mark Villano

Mark comes from a third generation Military Family, and has been a Seattle Area resident since 1998. After founding a construction company in 2006, Mark and his team went on to build many successful relationships in the Puget Sound, providing award-winning construction services and five-star client ratings along the way. Mark joined Veterans Lending Group and The Villano Team in 2014 with a passion for helping Veteran and Civilian borrowers to own a piece of the American Dream, in homeownership. As a Loan Officer, Mark focuses on relationship building, clear communication, and educating borrowers about the loan process and products that apply to them. Mark has pledged to go above and beyond to ensure that his clients receive the best of care, and states: “Helping people to become homeowners is extremely gratifying on a personal level, and I am thankful to have the opportunity to affect people’s lives in such a positive way.” Mark is a husband and a father who enjoys spending quality time with his family.
