First Sergeant (retired) Paul Perez, a proud native of San Antonio, TX, boasts a distinguished 18-year career in the Marine Corps, culminating in his retirement in May 2014. Throughout his service, Paul demonstrated versatility and leadership in numerous critical roles, including recruiter, drill instructor, and acting Sergeant Major. His experience spans seven overseas deployments where he excelled as an infantryman, team leader, squad leader, Platoon Sergeant, Platoon Commander, and Company Gunnery Sergeant. Now serving as the Branch Manager for Veterans Lending Group in San Antonio, Paul dedicates his expertise to assisting fellow Veterans. He plays a pivotal role in educating and facilitating the VA Home Loan benefit, ensuring veterans have the opportunity to own the very land they defended. Paul's commitment to service continues to make a significant impact, guiding Veterans through the complexities of homeownership with the same dedication he showed in uniform.
